On Tuesday, Nov. 9th, the Land Trust was honored to receive the 2010 Innovation Award from the Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania. The award was received by three members of the Land Trust's Board of Directors: John Rohal, Paulette Gilfoil, and Karen Whitehill (right to left).“The group spent a considerable amount of research and hard work in creating a viable working solution to assist low-moderate working families with homeownership. We hope this Land Trust becomes a model for other cities and towns across Pennsylvania who are trying to increase and preserve affordable housing stock.” — Ellen L.
