Home Ownership Counseling Program Seminars - 2012 Dates

Community Action Financial Services has announced the dates of their Home Ownership Counseling Program (HOCP) Seminars for 2012.  The seminars, designed to assist first-time homebuyers, run from 8:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on three consecutive Saturdays.

January 7, 14, 21 - Bethlehem
May 5, 12, 19 - Bethlehem
July 7, 14, 21 - Allentown
October 6, 13, 20 - Bethlehem

Topics include: How much you can afford; Your credit report; Local home ownership programs; Shopping for a home; Obtaining a mortgage; The closing process; Home maintenance and repair; Financial and risk management.
