Work has now started at 1207 Bushkill St in Easton's West Ward!  We have added our first photos of the renovations to this home, along with a few new photos of the renovations to 31 N. 9th St, to the Coming Soon page.

Income Limits Updated for 2012

The income limits to purchase an LVCLT home have risen slightly for 2012. You can find the new numbers here.

Home Ownership Counseling Program Seminars - 2012 Dates

Community Action Financial Services has announced the dates of their Home Ownership Counseling Program (HOCP) Seminars for 2012.  The seminars, designed to assist first-time homebuyers, run from 8:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on three consecutive Saturdays.

July 7, 14, 21 - Allentown
October 6, 13, 20 - Bethlehem

Topics include: How much you can afford; Your credit report; Local home ownership programs; Shopping for a home; Obtaining a mortgage; The closing process; Home maintenance and repair; Financial and risk management.
